Unfortunately, as stated in checkout and on our order confirmations, since we strive to ship as fast as possible and orders are locked into our inventory and payment systems as soon as they are placed, we aren’t always able to cancel any orders. To determine if your order is able to be cancelled, please reach out to us at casafridamkt@gmail.com.
If we are unable to cancel the order and you choose to return any items, you will be responsible for the return fees that are associated
Unfortunately, as stated in checkout and on our order confirmations, since orders are confirmed our inventory is locked into our systems and funds have been preauthorized, we aren’t able to make any changes to an order after it’s been placed.
This includes adding or removing items, editing quantities, updating the shipping address or cancelling an order. If you choose to return any items, you will be responsible for the return fees that are associated.
PLEASE NOTE: Once orders depart our warehouse, orders may experience delays due to the safety measures, increased volume, and staffing issues that all carriers are experiencing. Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Fedex. You are able to track your order from your shipping and delivery notifications sent to you via email and your order history in your Casa Frida Market account.
We are able to ship to the international countries via DHL currier. Prices would be displayed at check out.
Any additional duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
We make every effort to hand off orders to the carrier within 3 days. Our processing times may vary.
Actual carrier shipping times are significantly longer than usual, due to global transportation and supply chain challenges. International transit times are 30-45 days from the shipping date but can take longer, depending on customs or Asendia International service delays.
International orders cannot ship via an expedited service.
International orders are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return.
Currency
All orders will be transacted in US Dollars by PayPal or your credit card company upon completion of your purchase and then converted to your local currency.
Please double check the info on your order – we’d hate to have the address be wrong on your shipment ☹️
Unfortunately, as stated on our order confirmations, we are unable to change the address on any order after it has been placed. Orders must be cancelled and resubmitted with the correct address due to varying tax laws and regulations between states, cities and zip codes. Please contact us immediately at casafridamkt@gmail.com . to see if we can help cancel your order.
Return Policy:
Eligible items are able to be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date the product was shipped. Any issues with an order like damage, shortage or quality issue must be reported within this time frame at casafridamkt@gmail.com .
Product must be in original packaging, unused, and in new condition.
Items received as a gift are eligible for a gift card refund only.
Original shipping fee (when applicable) will not be refunded when a return is made.
Oversized Product - Oversized item returns may include an additional handling and restocking fee, and some may not be able to be returned outside of the contiguous United States. Fees will vary and are notated on the item’s product detail page. If your oversized item has a quality issue or is damaged, please contact us at casafridamkt@gmail.com .
International Orders:
Orders shipped internationally are not eligible for return.
International orders with a damage, shortage, or quality issue are only eligible for a refund, please contact us at casafridamkt@gmail.com .
